Speaker recognition using deep learning

I am looking for a freelancer who specializes in speaker recognition using deep learning. The primary goal of the system is both identification and verification. I am open to using any deep learning framework, but do not have a preferred one at this time. The dataset for training and testing will be small, with fewer than 1,000 samples.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of deep learning techniques and algorithms
- Experience with speaker recognition systems
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras and python
- Ability to work with small datasets
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
