Spatial Interpolation of point data using Python and gdal

I have a data file in csv format which contains point data i.e. it has some features having continuous values along with latitude, longitude information. There are missing values in these features which I want to interpolate using spatial interpolation techniques like Spline and Kriging. Using these methods, I would like to come up with an output csv file having filled missing data points. I am looking for someone who can implement these 2 above mentioned approaches using either or both Python and gdal library.
