Spanish Topic Categorization API Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a Text Classification API for me. The API will be trained to perform topic categorization using my custom Spanish dataset.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in API development
- Experience with Python and relevant libraries (like scikit-learn, pandas, etc.)
- Familiarity with text classification and machine learning
- Understanding of Spanish language processing

Key Requirements:
- Create an API that can categorize topics from text data
- Train the API using my custom dataset in CSV format
- Ensure the API is reliable and easy to use
Deliverables:

A working RESTful API that accepts new text inputs (in Spanish) and returns the predicted category and subcategory.
Documentation that includes:
API usage instructions and endpoint details.
Any setup or installation steps required to run the API.

Additional Information:
The dataset is in Spanish, so experience with natural language processing in Spanish is essential.
The project is a Proof of Concept (PoC). If the PoC is successful, we will consider advancing to further stages.
