from the attached extract of "Swan Lake" blow "lac_des_cygnes_extrait.mat" and recorded with a sampling frequency of 20,050 Hz:
-Perform a time-frequency representation of the signal (spectrogram)
-Automatically determine the number of different notes in the extract (the program will be tested on another extract) by returning a vector of identified frequencies
-Automatically determine the number of times each of the evaluated notes is played (the program will be tested on another) by adding a column to the first vector to fill in the occurrences of each note.
