Solve 2 programming problems with Python applying recursion.

I'm looking for a Python expert to solve 2 programming problems. You need to have strong data structure and algorithms knowledge, and clear use of recursion.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python and a strong understanding of recursion, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
There are two problems that need to be solved using Python and applying recursion.
Both problems have a hard difficulty (considering LeetCode page or similars), and I could not solve them.
If you are unable to solve hard problems from LeetCode successfully (or similar pages) you will fail, as the problems have complexity.
Forget to just rely on Copilot or Gemini to solve them as I tried this before, and it's NOT possible to solve them just by this way.
