Solve a memory overload bug Python

I am using Dictionary and XML xml.etree.ElementTree module. I can explain the entire code. It is running fine and bug free when run in pycharm. But when you make an exe and run it as standalone app it consumes a lot of RAM memory and does not complete execution. I am ready to do pairing, just need someone who has solved this kind of error before or can take efforts and solve this.
