Solve Logic Error in calculate ROC & AUC in multi-class classification in python

I am currently facing a logic error in my project, and I'm seeking an experienced freelancer to help address and resolve it. the code works and gives the result but the result is lower than what should be. I built the code using Python (pytorch) and using google collab.
