* Create a technical vision: Develop a strategic vision for the solution, including a budget.
* Collaborate with stakeholders: Ensure that the solution meets the needs of all stakeholders,
including technical and non-technical parties.
* Monitor progress: Track the development process and keep stakeholders updated on the
project's status.
* Work with development teams: Oversee the implementation of the solution and work closely
with development teams.
* Account for project challenges: Consider risks, time, resources, cost, and scope.
* Provide specifications: Provide detailed explanations and specifications for the proposed
solution.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data
architecture and management.
* Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance data
capabilities.
* Provide regular reports and updates on the status of data projects and initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
