Solubility prediction of organic compounds with machine learning.

I have selected a research paper, which I want replicate using python, ML, DL concepts.
Basically here a machine learning model need to build which predict the solubility of organic compounds in binary mixture by optimizing Jouyban-Acree model coefficients with weight-based optimization and test the efficacy of model.
Also will develop a piecewise linear model using prediction-based clustering and KNN testing method. At last need to compare the results of prediction from optimization and artificial neural network.
