Solr Search Page Creation for a digital collections - URGENT!

I'm in need of a proficient developer who can swiftly create a Solr search page for our collections. Our collection consists of text documents and images.
Job responsibilities include:
- Create a Solr search page that can effectively handle our digital collection.
- Customize the search results to display in thumbnail view.
Though I haven't specified particular fields to prioritize during the search function, the ideal candidate should advise on this. Their expertise should guide me in making this decision.
There are about 5 different digital collections, (and we might add another 5)
The perfect candidate will have extensive experience in Solr and search engine development, perl and python would be a plus. We have an old system which crashed, so have some solr schema and some perl scripts that could be used.
This need to be up as soon as possible as our old system is gone.
we can work on extra details once the system is up.
