Solr Indexing, intetgration with python backend for vue.js website

[VERY URGENT] I need someone to perform solr indexing on a dataset of news titles and content so that whenever there is a query run, I get the list of words and frequencies most often appearing in the articles with the searched word.

I need this done in the next one hour.
