Solar Survey Software

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a web-based Solar Survey Software that will both increase survey accuracy and improve survey efficiency. The software should be easy to use and navigate, with a clean and modern interface. I have a preference for web-based programming languages and platforms. The software should also have moderate customization options to meet my specific needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in web development, solar energy, and software customization.

I am looking for a 3D model combination software that can support OBJ, FBX, and STL file formats. The ideal candidate should have experience with mesh editing tools. Additionally, the software should be cross-platform, supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems.

Developer should have strong knowledge in computer vision/machine learning & SAAS. Python preferred.

Will be utilizing WebODM for generation of 3d models from jpeg images. Need to know how to convert a 360 video and convert it to a 3d model (See dronedeploy 360 walkthroughs for an example of this.)

Workflow of the software will be:
- Generating a 3d model from satellite imagery (can use lidar data from cesium)
- Drag and drop solar panels on model to generate a proposal (see aurora solar)
- Accurate shade reporting and other necessary data for solar (see PVLIB)
- eventually we should have a learning model that auto generates these.
- Export a proposal with all this data in a pleasing document

***We will then go out and perform a drone flight, walkthrough, and data collection***

- Drone images (jpg) should be able to be uploaded to generate an accurate 3d model (can use webODM for this)
- Convert 3d video walkthrough to a accurate 3d model that seamlessly overlaps with drone 3d model
- Model from satellite imagery should convert onto this new model automatically (this model is more accurate)
- Same data generation as before...just more accurate with better data this time
- user should be able to annotate meter location, MSP location, and attic access location
