Solana Wallet Tracker Bot

Hello, I want to make a wallet tracking bot for Telegram on the Solana network and sell it. I need to be able to authorize users who purchase to use the bot. The bot does the following:
1. They should be able to register the Solana wallets they want to Telegram as "WalletAddress WalletName".
2. The wallets they register should only be notified to their Telegram accounts when they make a purchase or sale transaction.
3. This notification should include information such as which coin they bought, the marketcap of the relevant coin, and what percentage of the balance in their wallet they traded with. A signal should only be sent for purchase and sale transactions. (Tokens sent to the wallet from other wallets should not be sent as a signal.)
4. The notification should include Photon, GMGN, and DexScreener links to speed people up
5. There should be an interface where users can list, view, and remove the wallets they have added.
