Solana SPL Token Creation Expert

I'm in need of a Solana Python expert for smart contract development. The primary task involves creating a SPL token.
Project requiremnts:
(1) deploying a new token with given details,
(2) creating a new radium pair with initial token & SOL liquidity,
(3) Getting the current reserves amounts from a radium pool
(4) And then also adapting the script so that each of the major operations can BOTH be called as python functions, and can be called via command line arguments, using some python command line arguments library
