Solana & ETH Blockchain Volume Telegram Bot

I need a Telegram bot that can create volume on the Solana, ETH chain by executing trades automatically.

Key Requirements:
- Automate trades on the Solana blockchain
- Automate generating new wallets for generating volume.
- Disperse deposited money to multiple wallets
- Buy a specific token, the target token could be any given token address on the Solana, ETH chain.
- Send tokens to a new wallet to sell
- Repeat the process with new wallets
- Allow for easy withdrawal from all wallets

I prefer the programming language to be used based on what works best for the requirements. The primary interface for this bot should be through Telegram.
