Software development using Python, django, MySQL

To develop an end to end software application. It's a small software which will include Login page, User management module, a basic workflow, Report module, Data load/upload and Dashboard.
I would like this software to be developed completely in Python (must) using Django or Flask etc. with microservices architecture and should develop few APIs.
The application should be able to connect with any DB. To Start with we will use MySQL DB - but architecture will be independent of underlying DB.
Strong understanding on Micro-services architecture, micro services development & API development etc. needed
Developer should assure best coding standards & best practices.
