Software Library UI Modification

I need a proficient software engineer to facilitate minor edits on an existing software library's frontend UI. The primary task revolves around the color scheme, layout, and interface elements, with an additional feature of an interactive map. Ideal skills for the job include proficiency in UI design and frontend software frameworks, as well as a keen eye for design details. Expected tools/libraries to use:
