Software Engineers (junior and senior) on Sydney timezone
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
We are working on a project for a leading provider of demand response (DR) and flexible energy solutions.
The Software Engineers will be responsible for creating and maintaining production applications, develop internal APIs, external APIs, and event-driven services to support markets all around the planet. Will work closely with other software engineers, product engineers and enterprise architect.
Main responsibilities:
• Develop and troubleshoots code for applications to efficiently solve challenging engineering problems.
• Work with and adhere to Agile development philosophies
• Develop the necessary application components and data structures as defined by the architecture shared with the system architect in accordance with the operability criteria
and collaborating with other team members and stakeholders.
Main Technical Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in one of more of: Java, Node.Js, JavaScript, Python,
- Experience in building RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or CodeBuild.
- Working knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, EC2, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum practices and test-driven development.
The role is fully remote but requires to be available full time on Sydney timezone.
Project duration: min 6 months.
