- It should track mentions specifically on Facebook
- The tool should track mentions on a daily basis

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in social media analytics and data tracking
- Experience in sentiment analysis and understanding of sentiment analysis algorithms
- Knowledge of Facebook API and ability to integrate it into the tool
- Strong programming skills in order to develop the tool and ensure its smooth functioning
- Excellent communication skills to provide regular updates and address any issues that may arise throughout the project
