Social Media Reporting tool -- 2

I'm looking for someone to develop a Social Media Reporting tool that can generate detailed insights into post effectiveness. It needs to provide results on a daily basis to give insight into how my campaigns are performing. In particular, the tool should focus on campaign performance but will delve into account and ad performance as well. I want to be able to easily track and compare the effectiveness of a number of different strategies. This project requires experience in reporting, analytics and optimization of social media campaigns. As a result, I'm looking for an individual or team with expertise in this area. I'm open to suggestions on how to best present the information to give me accurate, meaningful and actionable data at a glance.
