Smart Meter Data Analysis -- 3

I need someone with strong background in Data Mining, Pattern recognition, Matlab and Python(specially image processing) who can help with an experimental data analysis. You have to pre process data available in .mat file and gather features/patterns which can be used for classification. Then you might need to convert data to image and apply some image processing techniques for classification depending on the features/patterns collected in first stage. Preferred environment for this task would be MATLAB and Python.
