Small AI project to predict paper goods and other products for consumption

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help me with a small AI project. The project involves predicting paper goods and other products for consumption using time series forecasting. I prefer the use of Python as the primary programming language for this project. The ideal candidate should have experience with time series forecasting and be familiar with AI models.
