Small Tasks Test for Long Term Work | Python: OpenAI --> Anthropic ++ -- 2

This is an API for a chat app. It has three assistants.
1. First assistant asks the user questions, and then
2. Second assistant is internal and takes the conversation to output as JSON and save in Postgres for the third assistant.
3. Third assistant takes all of that information into its prompt as context from Postgres, and answers user questions.
Four tasks in this order:
1. OpenAI --> Anthropic
2. Deploy on render or railway
3. Add message history in Upstash Redis KV
4. Connect and retrieve new Supabase Postgres. The code already does it. Your task is to make some tweaks, and create a fresh Postgres database
