Small Python3 Script

I want to creat a python Script with a 3 function menu : 1 )I give Him 2 txt : file A and File B
The Script Must delete line from file A That already exist in File B
the script must ask me for file A name And for File B name before execution
2)it cut big txt files into several files , I must Give Him how much line I need (all the divided file must be same lines except the last one) without editing the big file
3)it make all the txt file in same folder in 1new txt file without editing anyone of them
