Could anyone help me with a project involving the segmentation of the small bowel and a specific portion of it from a series of CT and MRI images? The goal is to create a labeled dataset that can be used for training a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for automated segmentation tasks.
Additionally, I need assistance with data augmentation or the use of generative techniques (such as GANs or other methods) to increase the dataset size and ensure enough diversity for effective CNN training.
