I'm seeking a proficient website developer for a unique project. The purpose of the website is to facilitate the bulk registration of WhatsApp accounts. This is not a conventional e-commerce site, but it does share some of the complexity and requirements of one.

2. Extraction of 6 handshake protocols during the registration/login process
? Requirements:
- Familiar with WhatsApp protocol (or able to reverse engineer)
- Experience with automation tools (Python, Node.js, ADB, Android emulators)
- Ability to handle SMS verification via API (integration with SMS services)
- Knowledge in packet capturing (Fiddler, Charles, Burp, Wireshark)
