FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS -------
(1) MILESTONE 1, $150: Python class object that continuously listens for incoming SMS, creates a phone_number and text_content property from the incoming SMS, and has a clearly #commented area for me to add additional code using these properties. (This is how I'll integrate your deliverables into a larger project.)
(2) MILESTONE 2, $150: Python class object with a single public method, send_mms(phone_number, text_content, jpg_filepath), that sends an MMS to the provided phone_number including the text_content and jpg. Alternatively, Python class object with a single public method send_email(email_address, text_content, jpg_filepath) that sends an email to the provided email_address including the text_content and jpg. Either method is acceptable.

NON-FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS -------
(3) Milestones payable upon successful testing on my equipment: Raspberry Pi 4; Sixfab 4G/LTE Cellular Modem Kit; and your choice of either the Sixfab SIM card that came with the hat, or a separately purchased T-Mobile SIM. Note that I see conflicting documentation regarding the capabilities of the provided Sixfab SIM,** whereas the T-Mobile SIM can and has performed MMS via smartphone.
(4) Freelancer should be prepared to dial in via AnyDesk to assist with testing.
(5) Your application will be integrated into a much larger one and should be coded with that in mind. Encapsulation and explanatory #comments are encouraged.
