Site for managing multiple Wordpress sites

We want to develop a site with Python and Django that allows us to create and manage hundreds of sites made with wordpress that are very similar to each other. The sites are ecommerces created with Elementor and Woocommerce. Our intention is to have 4-5 templates created on Elementor to carry over to all the other sites.
Each site with the same template will then have the same structure but will have to have content, such as text and images, different from each other. For elements such as products, on the other hand, the values will not always be different, but the same among some sites and different in others.
We also need plugin settings and content to be shared on each site. The plugins that will need to have these features will have to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis; we would like to use plugins that facilitate the transfer of content and settings.


The main features that the management system must have are:
- insertion of different text and images per site
- insertion of products with some different values by site
- installation and updating of plugins
- insertion of different plugin configurations by site
- insertion of different plugin content by site


Where possible we would like to use plugins that facilitate this work so we don't have to program on Wordpress as well.
We are looking for someone who can help us develop this and help us choose the best technologies to do this.
