The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing, as well as experience with construction plans and automated budget creation.
Project Scope:
AI Model Development:
Develop an AI model that can accurately identify and calculate areas in a site plan based on user input.
Implement functionality to understand and respond to user commands to measure specific areas (e.g., "Measure the driveway area").
Budget Sheet Automation:
Develop an automated system that uses the calculated area measurements to generate a detailed budget sheet.
Incorporate customizable budget parameters, including material costs, labor costs, and other relevant factors.
Ensure the budget sheet is accurate and formatted for easy interpretation and use by construction professionals.

Requirements:
Proven experience in developing AI models, particularly in computer vision and natural language processing.
Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV).
Experience working with site plans, construction blueprints, or similar documents.
Familiarity with CAD file formats and PDF processing.
