I require a competent developer to create a script that handles images in a specific way. The script needs to have the following features:
- The ability to accept an image from a user
- If the provided image contains more than one face, the script should generate an error message. It will solely work with images that contain only one face.
- Once a suitable image is received, the script should automate the removal of the background such that no objects or details remain.
- The script should then modify the image to meet passport size biometric measures.
