Simulation energy management system

The goal is to create a program that is able to calculate which assets should be activated during the day to reduce the amount of injected electricity and thus reduce the electricity bill. The program should be able to give the possible savings as the end result.

The program should be written in Python and should work as a web application in the final release.

Speaking Dutch is an advantage!
