Simplified CRM Web Solution for foreclosure solutions

I'm in the process of setting up a simple yet effective CRM website for my customer relationship management startup project. The platform will be built using Azure services which i am an expert on and I need someone who can help me bring this webiste/vision to life.
Core Requirements:
- The CRM will primarily focus on customer profile management.
- Essential features will include profile creation and editing, activity history tracking, and interaction logging, file uploads
Service Scope:
- The CRM will be used to provide foreclosure solutions to future customers
- I need interactive advisory tools, document management capabilities, appointment scheduling features, and a chat bot integrated into the system.
- Other finance-related functionalities will be added as well, in the long run
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in web development, particularly with CRM systems, python/django
- Familiarity with Azure services is a appreciated but i can provide the help myself
- Experience in creating websites will be advantageous
