Simple textual analysis with CSV data

In each row of CSV file, there exists text.
The text can be either one sentence or multiple sentences.
Looking for a person to run a keyword search in ‘speech’ for each row, create the excel or csv file that count the frequency of each keywords (or bigrams) in the dictionaries as well as count the total number of keywords (or bigrams).
In the end, we need a code to construct a frequency table that counts the bigrams in each row.
