Simple python script

I needed a python script that extract all countries from many huge files then extract emails from same files and every email extracted from this files put in the correspontent country.
1/ so first step check the 700 millions lignes and extract for example the 200 countries then create automatically 200 csv file with every one the named of country (i dont Know Real number of countries; script should be find, count and create them)
2/ Next step extract all emails and every email put it in their country csv file
*** No needed others informations just emails, because files content many number of informations.
*** NB: their is 700 files content 710 millions lignes and i dont Know the number of countries on it. and the file size is 1.4 TO on external hard drive.
