Simple Scraping Script Development

I need a simple scraping script. It should be built with as few "extra" libraries as possible to ensure efficiency and functionality on free servers like Render etc. The script should be able to run on free servers like Render or Vercel.
- The script's operational timeline is Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 5:30 PM.
- I have the experience to guide on the necessary scraping methods. I also have example codes in Python, Node.js, and C# which can assist in the process.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or C#.
- Experience with web scraping.
- Ability to write efficient, minimalistic code.
- Familiarity with deploying scripts on free servers.
