Simple Python Telegram API Script

In Python I need to setup a telegram bot which when someone makes a crypto payment, they upload a printscreen to the bot which gets forwarded to me. On approval, if they purchase 1/3/6 months membership they should be added to a group and kicked from the group after that amount of time. If they decide to renew their membership before the end date, the time before they get kicked from the channel should be added.

Names, membership period and amount should be added to a text file to keep a track of memberships.

I'd have done it myself but I don't have the time nor the experience in python.
