Simple Python Program (Vonage x Retell.ai)

I need someone to build a simple Python program for me to try the integration of Vonage with Retellai.com.
Project Requirements:
1. Develop a simple Python application that I can run locally.
2. The application should integrate with the Vonage (formerly Nexmo) Voice API and the Retellai.com conversational AI platform.
3. When a call is received on a specific Vonage phone number, the application should trigger a Retellai.com agent to handle the conversation.
4. Some initial code has already been written, but it may require modifications or enhancements (You don’t need to use it if you don’t want to).
5. No GUI required.
6. I will provide the necessary API keys, credentials, and other required information for both Vonage and Retell.ai.
