Simple Image processing project.Face tilt in python

I need a simple image processing project .Whatever the human face in the video should be tilted 90 degree and should be shown as frames.
A simple GUI is required to browse the video file and to show the face tracking in video. Once the video play ends show the tilted output in the same GUI.
Please see the uploaded files. In the file. I have given an video of baby sleeping. An algorithm should detect the face and tilt it to 90 degree. I just need a single frame of tilted face of the baby at the end.
