Simple Django project from existing database

I need someone to generate a django/postgreSQL project with the functionalities of an existing simple cms of an existing MySQL database.

The project is a simple CMS of questions and answers, related to questions, less than 15 tables in total. It has the normal CRUD views of the tables and 1 dashboard of the questionnaires results.

The developer should deliver the code and the documentation for the steps taken from django installation in Virtual environment until release.

1. Will provide, a dump of the mysql with data and a ER model
2. Will provide screenshots for functionality but use a free template like this https://appseed.us/product/material-dashboard/django/ fo UI with only the necessary components.
3. The project should have 2 roles, an "admin" that access all and is the superuser and "officer" that will access its own questionnaires.
4. The project should have implemented django restful api

Video session can schedule to showcase the base app that was generated with a tool with the shortlisted proposals.
