Simple CRM with Custom Order Entry

I need a simple CRM system built that records customer details, users can search the customer by First name, surname, phone, email.
If customer not found ability to add the customer
Then ability to take an order for the customer capturing 10 or so pieces of data
Was think of doing this is python/Django
