Simple Astrology Program

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Simple Astrology Program specifically designed for professional astrologers. The program should have the following features:

- Ascendant calculation: The program should be able to accurately calculate the ascendant for a given birth chart for different locations across the world (may be 500 locations) and generate a report.
