Similar Image Finder (Python/AI)

Project Title:
Find Similar Images from Image Pool (Python / AI / Image Processing)

Project Description:
We need a solution to search for visually similar images from a folder containing images of various sizes.

Requirements:

Take a photo and search the predefined image pool (folder) for visually similar images based on a similarity threshold.

Sort the results by similarity score if multiple images match.

If no image meets the threshold, no result should be returned.

Allow us to set image resolution and size for both target images and input photos. We will prepare these images.

Number of target images will grow over time (not infinitely). Old images will be moved to backup folders.

Folder structure can be split to optimize performance if needed.

Paid API/SDK usage for better performance is acceptable.

Deliverables: well-commented source code and full documentation.

Preferred Technologies:
Python (OpenCV, FAISS, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-image, etc.)
C++ can be considered for performance optimization.
