Signal synthesis in Python -- 2

The project involves providing code in Python (either raw or with free imported modules) that can generate a complex signal using Generative Adversarial Networks. The code should resemble the findings presented here https://doi.org/10.3390/biology9120441 , and tested by the same data and evaluation metrics. However, the project can follow any different algorithmic approach that matches the programmer's experience. The final code should be readable with comments.
