Sign language translation and recognition -- 2

the project is where a person who is unable to speak and listen can
communicate with a person who is unfamiliar with sign language, as there are many types of sign language, we are
starting with American, Indian and British sign language. So the person who is communicating in sign language will select the sign language whether American, british or Indian and will start giving signs(for example american), these signs will get recognised and the person recieving the communication can select the language of text and speech(for example french) so that he can understand it. Now this person who has recieved communication wants to convey something so he will start speaking in french, this speech should convert in text(american) and then into respective sign language(american) so that the person can read the signs and understand it.
This needs to be done in python using CNN, transfer learning
