Shopify Order to Pick List Webpage

I own a shopify store.

It has products with extra metafields that are not pulled through on pre built shopify Pick List apps.

I would like a service app built that

Triggers on new orders
Pulls all the metadata from the SKU code
Pushes the order a webpage with a link showing the complete pick list
I want to print the pick list if I need to

I own a pythonanywhere instance
I own digital ocean droplets
I own domain names and other hosting services

ideally I see a python instance monitoring the shopify api which then pushes orders/pick lists to a webpage on a domain/droplet I own.
