Shopify & Amazon Data Sync to Odoo

I am looking for a professional who can help me automate the process of sending my Shopify and multiple Amazon data to Odoo. I find a lot of the conectors in Odoo expensive and you need to upgrade so we need to either sync Odoo to google sheets and have my orders and inventrty for each location in a sheet or maybe more sophisticated such as Saras Data, which provides a free connector to pull data from these platforms into a database.

Key Requirements:
- Design a system that feeds both inventory and sales orders from Shopify and each Amazon location into Odoo
- The data sync should occur on a daily basis
- The sync needs to cover my inventory and sales orders from Amazon's North America, Europe and Asia locations

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Odoo and understanding of its ERP system
- Experience with Shopify and Amazon data
- Expertise in designing automated data sync systems
- Familiarity with Saras Data or similar data connectors
- Strong understanding of inventory and sales order data
