Shift Website from Angular to Flask -- 2

A lift and shift of a website from Angular to Flask.
Key details to consider:
1. Website is to shift from Angular to Flask.
2. SEO is to be correctly configured for each page.
3. The database is to remain as Firebase Firestore (same as now)
4. The mobile friendly website is to be configured
5. The Flask website is to be deployed to a serverless firebase Function
The current website is hosted at: www.financial-politics.com
Software is expected to run on my computer alongside key details for fund to be released.
Git repository access will be provided for the Angular and Flask Projects
Project milestone are set for:
Tasks 1-3: 30%
Tasks 4-5: 70%
