Setup automated trading on Interactive brokers

I am looking for someone to set up an automated trading system for me and I have a few specifications of what I’d like the setup to be. First of all, I’d prefer that the programming language used is Python. Secondly, the trading strategy will be based on swing trading rather than intraday trading. And finally, I would like the system to be set up on Interactive brokers platform. I am looking for a reliable and experienced freelancer to make sure the automated trading system works efficiently.
