Setup Odoo in Gitub Actions

I currently have Odoo being managed directly off my server, i would like someone to be able to set it up on Git Actions so that the code base can be managed directly from Github and not directly from the server.

We also have an api that also needs to set up in Github actions.

Please ping me if you have already setup Odoo in Github.
