Set up GPT-J 6b model and train it (machine learning project)

Need someone who can set up the GPT-J 6b model and train it using the provided dataset by us. If we send an input via Curl request, it should give the response back in json or any other format.
Also, need instructions on how to train the model again with new dataset. So, need a video or documented version of how to train it again.
You should be able to recommend the affordable set up infrastructure.
